Requirement:
  1. State your permanent address and contact details
  2. A scan copy of a valid govemnment ID will be required
  3. Your passport size photograph preferably in a white background (maximum file size of 500KB in jpeg or PNG format) will be required
  4. Pay Rs 600/- to the designated bank account (details will be stated in the next page)
  5. A signed copy of a membership form to be uploaded after payment (maximum file size of 1mb in jpeg or pdf or png format)
  6. Proof of the bank transfer (screen shot or picture/scan of the cash deposit slip) to be uploaded
